Meraki [may-rah-kee] (adj.) - to do something with passion, with absolute devotion, with undivided attention.
To put a ‘part of your soul’ into what you do.
The Greeks say it’s the hardest word to define. The Turkish describe the meaning as a “labour of love”.
To us, Meraki means craftmanship. Attention to detail. To us it means quality is at the core of every piece we make. It means sustainably made. Built with integrity. Built here in Canada using responsibly-sourced woods. Meraki means exceptional service and absolute devotion to our clients.
“Made with Meraki” is what we say at the shop.
